This floor mounted EV charger benefits from 2x Type 2 sockets and comes with one RFID card (with additional cards available for purchase) which allows users to start and stop charging with the swipe of a card. Other modes of charging include plug-and-charge – where users simply connect their vehicle to the charger and charging starts automatically – and via the Project EV App which allows users to choose and customise charging schedules, prioritise off-peak charging and view charging records. The dual EV charger features a LCD Screen and LED status indicator, built in earth spike so no additional earthing is required, on-board RCBO protection, dynamic load balancing, a secure cable lock system, IP65 protection against dust and water and a market leading 5 year warranty. With the addition of the?Project EV 4G kit and SIM card?the charger can connect to the internet via 4G – ideal if there is no access to WiFi or an ethernet port.
