Delivery Information
We get your orders to you fast!
Our door to door service requires a signature upon receipt. If no one is available to sign for the order a calling card will be left so you can arrange a convenient time for re-delivery or to collect from your local depot.
Orders received before 16:00 for stock items are dispatched same day, orders received after 16:00 will be dispatched the following working day.
Usual delivery for England, Wales and Southern Scotland is next working day, other areas please allow 2-4 working days.
Most orders over £100 Excl. VAT (£120 Incl. VAT) are delivered free of charge. Orders below this value are subject to a £4.99 Excl. VAT (£5.98 Incl. VAT) packaging and delivery contribution.
Standard Delivery – Free or £4.99*
Orders over £100 NET for England, Wales & Southern Scotland secure free standard delivery.
Order’s below £100 NET are subject to a £4.99* delivery charge.
Usual delivery is next working day but is not guaranteed.
Premium Next Day – £14.99*
Next working day and prioritised to be delivered before 10:00. Available for England, Wales & Southern Scotland for stock items only. Please select this option when ordering. (Restrictions Apply)
Saturday by 12:00 – £14.99*
Saturday delivery is available for England, Wales & Southern Scotland and is for stock items only; please select this option when ordering. (Restrictions Apply)
Highland’s & Island’s ** – £14.99*
To ensure speedy dispatch to these locations please select this option during the order process. Delivery schedule is 2-3 working days.
Bulky / Heavy Items
Bulky and/or heavy items such as panelboard’s require a palletised delivery service using the haulage network. Standard delivery for England, Wales & Southern Scotland is free of charge and is usually next working day for orders received before 14:00. Highlands & Islands* may require a surcharge please call for you quote prior to order.
Direct to site
Direct to site delivery available, please enter the address as your delivery address– we’ll make sure the invoice goes to the billing address and the delivery note will not be priced unless requested.
International Shipments
We continue to welcome orders from our International customers. Please furnish us with your UK based forwarding agent’s address; alternatively your own International courier is welcomed to collect on your behalf under Ex-works terms. Unfortunately we do not currently dispatch internationally directly.

Restrictions: Heavy (28kg ) and/or bulky items that are palletised are dispatched on the haulage network. Whereas usual delivery is next working day, it cannot be guaranteed. Remote areas may require a surcharge which will be agreed prior to dispatch.
The Saturday by 12:00 and next working day by 10:00 is available for England, Wales and Southern Scotland. For some more rural areas of England and Wales the by 10:00 service may be extended to 12:00 without notice. For By 10:00 weekdays and 12:00 Saturday Services in Southern Scotland, please add one hour.
